Tasks
- Lead and manage endtoend projects related to workplace solutions ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop effort estimates for deliverables and create detailed itemized project plans (WBS)
- Track project progress and generate regular reports for stakeholders highlighting key risks and issues
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams from different product families and support departments to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Manage risks and proactively address potential roadblocks to keep projects on track
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliverables
- Ensure a seamless communication flow with technical experts process owners and international teams
- Support multiple projects 1 to 4 simultaneously) depending on their size and complexity
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or IT consulting with a strong focus on Workplace solutions
- Proven track record of managing workplacerelated projects ideally within a largescale international context
- Strong experience in managing endtoend project delivery from planning through to
- Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and cultures
- Highly organized detailoriented and capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English as the role will operate in an international Englishspeaking environment
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and capable of working independently while ensuring alignment with team objectives
