The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Employee Care will lead efforts to grow and diversify revenue by identifying nurturing and closing sales opportunities. This role requires close collaboration with Community Development Managers and Business Development Managers to manage relationships with Employee Care customers and contribute to the services ongoing development. The BDM will work across departments to identify and convert opportunities ensuring highquality banking support for partners and their employees.
