Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a leading name in the Water Treatment and Environmental Services industry HydroX is on the lookout for a passionate and driven National Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team covering the UK.

In this role you will play a pivotal part in expanding our business footprint and driving growth through developing new client relationships and enhancing our existing partnerships. Your contributions will not only help grow our client base but also ensure we continue to deliver exceptional compliance safety and costsaving solutions to a diverse range of customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to foster longterm collaboration.
  • Engaging with potential customers and showcasing how HydroX can help them achieve their compliance and environmental goals through our innovative services.
  • Collaborating closely with our talented team to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive results.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and inform business strategy.
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and represent HydroX promoting our capabilities and expertise.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Business Development or sales within the water treatment or environmental services sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • A strong ability to identify opportunities and generate leads combined with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for driving growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective success.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
