Overview
As a Sales Assistant your primary focus is ensuring every customer receives exceptional service in a friendly environment. This involves proactive engagement a welcoming atmosphere expert product knowledge and attention to all aspects of customer service.
What Youll Do
- Recognize and meet customer needs with outstanding service at the Crocs store
- Maximize instore sales and contribute to achieving sales figures.
- Possess solid product knowledge and stay aware of current offers and promotions.
- Assist with sales floor management stock organization and maintenance.
- Take ownership of personal development and actively seek continuous improvement.
- Contribute to team performance and suggest improvements in customer service.
- Provide excellent service focusing on customer needs giving information and advice.
- Fulfill tasks assigned by store management ensuring diligence and punctuality.

Pay is dependent on experience and geographic area.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
