Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Advisor who speaks fluent German to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global company where you will provide exceptional customer service and support. You will play a key role in assisting customers solving issues and delivering highquality solutions across various channels including phone email and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide firstclass customer support via phone email and chat to Germanspeaking customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries complaints and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on company products and services.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on escalated issues ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Requirements:
- Native or nearnative proficiency in German (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to new challenges.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
