Job Description
Get to Know the Team
GrabMart Fulfillment and Ops: will oversee GrabMarts fulfillment and operational efficiency. This role is critical in supporting GrabMarts growth targets by ensuring basics improving quality and reliability through fulfillment rate inventory management backend configurations and ad hoc ops projects.

You will develop category strategies to increase growth and profitability. You will manage product assortments pricing and promotions to ensure that GrabMart offers a compelling product range.
You will report directly to the Manager Deliveries. You will be based onsite at our Exquadra Tower Ortigas office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Fulfillment Operations: own GrabMarts endtoend fulfillment process; work with Marketplace Commercial and Tech to achieve improvements on fulfillment metrics
- Inventory Management: Work with MEX teams to monitor inventory levels forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability; review assortment on platform and set up process for regular SKU cleanup
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment and operations and report on performance metrics
- Special Projects: pilot ops projects that would unlock larger and more orders for the platform
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with thirdparty logistics providers and other vendors to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have a bachelors degree with 3 or more years of experience in fulfillment operations inventory management and product operations
- You have analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into applicable strategies
- You have 3 or more years of experience using Excel / Google Sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
