Fitness Advisor/Membership Sales
Workout Anytime is a 24hour sevendayaweek fitness concept with over 190 units across the US and abroad. Our vision is to reshape the fitness community where everybody aspires to be the best they can be. Were building a great team to support Presales in our Carrollton TX location.
Job purpose:
The Fitness Advisor/Membership Sales role will be on the ground with other teammates driving all Workout Anytime system initiatives to maximize marketing efforts enhance brand awareness implement promotions that increase customer traffic and build membership sales.

Fitness Advisor/Membership Sales
The sales position is focused on obtaining new club memberships. This is accomplished primarily through calling leads generated through marketing activities cold calling prospects club tours and contests. Great sales reps must be able to quickly identify potential members needs and use solutionselling techniques to close the sale. They must be able to present the customer a solution to their specific needs using the products and services offered by the club. Cooperation in a team environment is also essential.
The following are the specific performance objectives for the position. In assessing competency and fit all candidates will be benchmarked against these standards.

Assist in Implementing Local Marketing
Help to maintain a clean and healthy environment

Plan execute and manage presale for the Carrollton location.
Maximize system marketing efforts enhance brand awareness and implement promotions that increase leads for opening day.
Develop a deep understanding of the local lead generation initiatives while maintaining compliance to brand standards.
Acts as brand ambassador by engaging in businesstobusiness activities and attending community events to create brand awareness that results in new leads and members.

Partner with Leadership to analyze performance of presale plans; develop strategies to measure and track effectiveness.
Strive to exceed daily weekly monthly and yearoveryear sales goals.
Attend area networking and chamber events to meet with likeminded professionals that support our desire of improving the health and wellbeing of the Carrollton community.

Qualifications:
Competitive and salesdriven with a track record of leading sales growth.
Excellence in closing/asking for the business.
Exceptional interpersonal skills multitasking and problemsolving.
Experience with training sales teams is a plus.
Working knowledge of the fitness industry.
Outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community.
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required specifically Microsoft Excel.
Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus.
Requires valid drivers license reliable transportation and insurance.
