Job Description
Veritas Careers are recruiting for a friendly family run business who have a requirement for a Bodyshop Team Leader to join their dynamic company in Lancashire. They specialise in the restoration and repair of Classic Cars Supercars and other specialist projects.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Vehicle appraisals and detailed estimating experience
- Classic and modern vehicle accident repair experience
- Skills and experience in the stripping and fitting of varied vehicles
- Full bodyshop workflow understanding from vehicle arrival through to completion within our reputable high standards
- Proven skills in stripping metalwork paint fitting and final finish
- Health and safety knowledge with clear understanding
- Productivity and efficiencies awareness with control
- The ability to support the bodyshop team technically and professionally
- A true people person and motivator with a focus on team collaboration and quality
Personal Qualities:
- You will need to be an experienced technician with all relevant formal qualifications.
- You must be a good communicator with the ability to explain technical dialogue to both colleagues and customers accurately and concisely.
- Passionate about the industry and committed to the development of your own and you your team s technical knowledge and skill set.
- Individual customer understanding with a focus on quality
- A strong thorough and detailed work ethic.
- You must be able to work within and improve defined processes and guidelines.
- Honesty with high levels of integrity
