Job Description

Company Overview

A leading integrated group in Sarawak specializing in cement manufacturing construction materials property development and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop review and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure operational resilience.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management team and conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIA) to identify vulnerabilities and critical business functions.
  • Establish and maintain crisis management frameworks to support incident response and recovery efforts.
  • Coordinate and lead business continuity drills and training programs for employees to enhance preparedness.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess emerging threats operational risks and evolving best practices to enhance the organization s resilience.
  • Maintain and update business continuity documentation ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on business continuity strategies and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Risk Management Finance or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Disaster Recovery (DR) or Risk Management.
  • Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks risk assessment methodologies and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in business impact analysis crisis response planning and emergency preparedness exercises.
