We are a large real estate brokerage located throughout DC and VA. Our office located in Alexandria VA is looking for a candidate to manage the front desk operations.This is a fulltime position 9 am 5 pm MondayFriday).
Front desk operations include but are not limited to:
- Answering multiline switchboard
- Distributing mail/packages/faxes
- Notifying clients of incoming faxes/packages/etc
The candidate will be trained on the following officerelated duties:
- Data entry into the accounting system
- Scanning checks for deposit into the bank account
- Review paperwork to ensure the contract/listing is complete
- Notify the appropriate party of any missing documents via email followup emails may be required
- Obtain missing signatures when applicable
- And other duties as assigned
- 2 years front desk management some accounting and data entry experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a MUST
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Vision and creativity
- Experience utilizing Internet applications
- Ability to speak and write English fluently in order to provide excellent telecommunication support to staff and clients
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft applications i.e. Word Excel Outlook MultiBrowser Support
- Ability to provide good judgment in order to proactively and independently solve problems and make decisions with minimum supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills good phone manners and ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Reliable form of transportation
