• Provide expert RMNCH technical guidance in design and implementation of strategies for improving quality of RMNCH services in the public and private sectors, including oversight for implementation and evaluation of innovative models and approaches to improve service delivery outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership in identifying innovative capacity building interventions and in supporting their implementation at all levels with stakeholders, ensuring that capacity-building approach meet the priority needs and are grounded in global current evidence.
• Contribute to design and implementation of strategies to strengthen competencies of healthcare workers to provide patient-centered care and to improve accountability of providers performance.
• Represent the project at national and sub-national technical meetings and with private stakeholders to support co-design and institutionalize project interventions.
• Collaborate with other project staff and stakeholders to review data, determine best measures for ongoing assessment of progress, and facilitate partnerships for improved RMNCH services.
• Contribute to development of work plans, quarterly and annual reports, financial reports, and any other deliverables required by USAID.
