What you will be doing:

  • Lead the design development and implementation of integration solutions using Kafka Boomi and .NET (API).
  • Ensure integration solutions align with business needs and best practices incorporating error handling data security scalability and compliance with architectural standards.
  • Work closely with solution architects to define integration strategies patterns and L2 Integration Architecture.
  • Collaborate with product managers and IT department leads to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Partner with factory teams to develop integration solutions aligned with the Factory of the Future initiative.
  • Conduct research on emerging integration technologies and recommend tools platforms and solutions to enhance our integration framework.
  • Oversee the health and performance of integration solutions troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications workflows and operational guides.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior developers and team members.

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in integration design and development with expertise in Kafka Boomi and .NET (API).
  • Strong knowledge of integration principles and patterns including publish/subscribe request/response and eventdriven architectures.
  • Experience with messaging systems like Kafka and RESTful APIs for system communication.
  • Understanding of complex data formats data transformation and multisystem process configurations.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes OpenShift or similar).
  • Comfortable working in a Linux server environment.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel.
