What you will be doing:
- Lead the design development and implementation of integration solutions using Kafka Boomi and .NET (API).
- Ensure integration solutions align with business needs and best practices incorporating error handling data security scalability and compliance with architectural standards.
- Work closely with solution architects to define integration strategies patterns and L2 Integration Architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers and IT department leads to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Partner with factory teams to develop integration solutions aligned with the Factory of the Future initiative.
- Conduct research on emerging integration technologies and recommend tools platforms and solutions to enhance our integration framework.
- Oversee the health and performance of integration solutions troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications workflows and operational guides.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior developers and team members.
What you bring:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in integration design and development with expertise in Kafka Boomi and .NET (API).
- Strong knowledge of integration principles and patterns including publish/subscribe request/response and eventdriven architectures.
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka and RESTful APIs for system communication.
- Understanding of complex data formats data transformation and multisystem process configurations.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes OpenShift or similar).
- Comfortable working in a Linux server environment.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel.
