About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused professional to join our team as an Inbound Chat Sales Representative. If you have a passion for engaging with customers have proficiency in German and enjoy contributing to sales growth we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company promoting products and services while fostering interest and understanding
- Communicate technical and business value propositions clearly and effectively via chat
- Manage multiple chat sessions and web applications simultaneously with professionalism and efficiency
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives
- Rapidly acquire and maintain uptodate knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience (telesales or B2B sales preferred)
- Fluent in German (C1 and English (B2 strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Techsavvy with a keen interest in innovative and emerging technology
- Ability to quickly articulate value propositions via chat (prior chat sales experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of cloudbased technology including cloud storage and file synchronization
