Role Overview:
As a Trust & Safety Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring online safety by reviewing and assessing user activity. Your work will help maintain a secure and respectful digital environment by enforcing platform policies addressing potential risks and enhancing community trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review videos images comments and links removing content that violates community guidelines
- Enforce safety guidelines and take appropriate action to mitigate risks
- Review user reports and handle appeals with professionalism and transparency
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance trust and safety measures
- Analyze trends in user behavior to identify emerging risks and ensure proactive enforcement
- Recommend improvements to moderation tools and processes for better efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Czech (C1 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
