Job Title:
Compliance Policy Manager
Location: Denver CO (Hybrid Onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $85000 $110000 per year $10500 variable compensation)

About the Role

Client is seeking a Compliance Policy Manager to join our Compliance Department (Team Quest). In this role you will be responsible for drafting reviewing and maintaining companywide compliance policies handbooks job aids and Clients Code of Conduct. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide compliance guidance and ensure policy alignment with applicable regulations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. If you take initiative and enjoy problemsolving this could be a great opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities 1. Policy Review & Maintenance
  • Manage all policyrelated projects including annual reviews operationalizing policies and launching new policies.
  • Revise policies to ensure consistency regulatory alignment and clarity.
  • Track and coordinate policy updates with internal teams and senior leadership.
  • Identify areas for policy improvement and recommend changes.
  • Collaborate with the compliance education team to ensure training materials reflect policy updates.
  • Serve as the system administrator for PolicyHub (policy management system) providing training and vendor support.
  • Conduct compliance policy monitoring activities as needed.
2. Compliance Support & Guidance
  • Perform QA reviews on compliance inquiries submitted via the compliance question line.
  • Support internal committees by providing compliance insights and guidance.
3. General Compliance Support
  • Lead compliance projects and develop project plans.
  • Support ongoing compliance monitoring efforts.
  • Crosstrain with team members to assist with compliance inquiries and committee work.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree required (Masters/JD preferred)
5 years of compliance and/or healthcare experience (preferably in a similar role)
Expertise in drafting reviewing and providing guidance on policies
Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with PolicyHub by Mitratech
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe
  • Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint Outlook Excel and Smartsheet
