Job Description
EchoParkAutomotive is hiring a Financial Document Specialistfor our store located in Grand Prairie TX.As Financial Document Specialist you will play an important role in the smooth and accurate review of all paperwork required to complete the sale vehicles at our store.If youre a selfsufficient resilient person who enjoys working in a fastpacedfun environment then were looking for you. As aFinancial Document Specialist you will be responsible for accurate and timely of the financialdocumentationprocess.
What Youll Do:
- Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
- Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
- Check all paperwork for correct title lien information taxes etc.
- Verify insurance trade payoffs and obtain deposits
- Work until closing a couple shifts per week
What Were Looking For:
- Demonstrated customer service and attention to detail
- Experience in a retailenvironmentand retail hours (including Saturdays)
