Job Description

Team: Pacific Northwest

Greenprint Partners is seeking a Senior Program Manager with 10 years of experience to lead strategic communications and engagement for highimpact infrastructure programs in the Pacific Northwest. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced consultant to take on executive program leadership while also building out Greenprints strategic communications practice in the region.

As a key member of our team you will:

  • Lead largescale infrastructure programs with complex stakeholder environments.

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of communications and Equity and Social Justice (ESJ) professionals.

  • Shape Greenprints regional strategic communications practice and service offerings.

  • Contribute to business development efforts strengthening client relationships and expanding Greenprints market presence.

This position requires a mix of handson project delivery and highlevel strategic leadershipsomeone who can craft deliverables while also mentoring delegating and managing up to clients. The ideal candidate will have external consulting experience a track record of success in government infrastructure programs and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced highstakes environment with shifting priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary for this position will be based on qualifications and years of relevant experience and ranges from $150000 $180000. In addition to base salary all Greenprint staff participate in our discretionary annual bonus program.
