As the HR Director at Kasheesh you will play a critical role in building our team and shaping the companys future in person from our NYC office. This role goes beyond traditional HR responsibilities; youll own the full recruitment process while also leading key people operations initiatives. Qualifications
7 years of experience in human resources talent acquisition or people operations ideally in payments bankingfinancial services industries or startup related industries.
Proven ability to attract and retain toptier talent particularly in engineering product and gotomarket functions.
Experience working closely with leadership teams and building out HR functions from the ground up.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
A proactive solutionsoriented mindset with a passion for problemsolving and ownership.
Ability to thrive in a startup setting demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
A collaborative peoplefocused approach balancing employee experience with business needs.

HR Function: Establish and refine our human resources processes implementing scalable systems to attract develop and retain toptier talent.
FullCycle Recruiting: Manage every stage of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding with an emphasis on engineering and gotomarket roles that will drive Kasheeshs continued success.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Create a fun productive and engaging work environment that makes people excited to come to work every day.
Innovative Communication: Implement innovative ways for team members to communicate collaborate and stay connected as the company grows.
People Operations: Oversee onboarding employee engagement performance reviews internal systems such HR best practices as the company scales.
Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies that align with company values and ensure legal compliance.
Collaboration: Partner with leadership to define roles develop recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Learning & Development: Identify opportunities for employee growth and create programs that support career development and continuous learning.
