Job Description

The NonFI Sales Director will play an essential role in developing and growing Visas business with focus on managing relationships with Visa NonFIs Clients in Vietnam and Laos such as merchants eWallets payment facilitators digital enablers large corporates conglomerates and fintech players.

In this role you will be responsible for identifying structuring closing and managing strategic partnerships alliances and commercial deals.

The team is the primary point of contact for those clients addressing inquiries solving problems and freeing up resources from countryspecific sales and functional areas to nurture and expand business with key clients and stakeholders.

As a NonFI Sales Director you will act as the key liaison point between Visa and our key nonFI clients overseeing a wide range of projects and client requests and ensuring that all activities across the various partnerships are carried out in accordance with the agreed sales operations and governance models and in adherence with the client incentive agreements.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain and strengthen daytoday relationship management for a select group of strategic partners expanding Visas reach

  • Lead and drive strategic opportunities from proposal stage through implementation by providing project management and crossfunctional coordination developing and executing business plans to increase sales volume and market share

  • Map payments ecosystem of NonFI players in Vietnam & Laos through a diverse set of partners and clients

  • Expand existing relationships and partnerships through the selling of Visa products and services utilizing a consultative sales approach

  • Document opportunities and initiatives in Microsoft Dynamics in an appropriate consistent and timely manner

  • Comply with internal controls and recordkeeping developing an understanding of Visa rules policies processes and procedures

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

 


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of business experience with related to sales and management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to identify potential opportunities develop strategic plans and manage the teams needed to bring them to fruition
  • Excellent negotiation skills for business agreements and managing relationships and high level of curiosity to learn Visa products and services
  • Handson approach to directly manage endtoend client relationships & internal Visa stakeholders directly working on required tasks
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations including Client Business Reviews to all client levels
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment with efficiency and professionalism with demonstrated problemsolving skills and strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese
  • Adaptable to a dynamic and complex working environment with a strong
  • desire to learn and execute effective sales strategies for new payment products and services
  • Ability to operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision in a fastpaced environment
  • Highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
