Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international calls from UK USA Canada and other countries.
- Experience in Domestic & International calling.
- Experience in managing website leads.
- Conduct tele sales activities to convert leads into sales.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer queries promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 25 years of experience in tele calling or related field.
- Strong communication skills with good English proficiency.
