Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential patients to schedule appointments.
  • Answer inquiries regarding clinic services and programs.
  • Provide detailed information about healthcare options available at Medico Hub Connect.
  • Follow-up with existing patients for routine check-up reminders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Document call details and patient interactions in the system.
  • Assist in addressing patients concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
  • Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly calling quotas set by the management.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback on patient interactions to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage and organize leads for effective follow-up.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed for clinic operations.
  • Adhere to clinic policies and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare or marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for healthcare.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work environments.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Target-driven with a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Knowledge of local health care trends and patient needs.
