Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential patients to schedule appointments.
- Answer inquiries regarding clinic services and programs.
- Provide detailed information about healthcare options available at Medico Hub Connect.
- Follow-up with existing patients for routine check-up reminders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document call details and patient interactions in the system.
- Assist in addressing patients concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
- Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly calling quotas set by the management.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback on patient interactions to enhance service delivery.
- Manage and organize leads for effective follow-up.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed for clinic operations.
- Adhere to clinic policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare or marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for healthcare.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work environments.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Target-driven with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Knowledge of local health care trends and patient needs.
