Job Description
- Manage sales channels and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide coaching and support to sales teams to enhance their performance
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Proven interest in sales and a strong understanding of sales analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Insurance industry knowledge is a plus
