Our client a rapidly growing digital marketing company with a strong presence in the U.S. iGaming and online-gambling sector is seeking a motivated Affiliate Account Manager to join their team in Malta. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales focus a passion for affiliate marketing and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with mobile app operators. Your key responsibility will be to manage existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
As a Affiliate Account Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Grow revenue from existing operator partnerships through ongoing relationship managementIdentify approach and onboard new mobile app partnersOptimise campaign performance to meet sales goals and KPIsAnalyse performance data to spot trends issues and opportunitiesNegotiate commercial terms with new and existing partnersCollaborate with internal marketing and operations teams on promotions and offersDeliver responsive support and maintain high partner satisfactionRepresent our client at local and international industry events and conferences
Requirements:
Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of achieving targetsKPI-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approachFluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working with campaign data to guide decision-makingExperience in affiliate marketing or account management is preferredFamiliarity with app tracking platforms and reporting tools is a plus
