About the Role:

As a key member of the EMEA Key Accounts team you will manage strategic relationships with API Connectivity and Enterprise partners. Your focus will be on recruitment enablement and performance optimization of these partnerships to drive mutual growth. Acting as a trusted advisor your aim is to establish the company as the number one strategic partner across all distribution channels.

Youll work closely with internal cross-functional teams and high-profile external partners to execute a win-win strategy that delivers value and innovation. Reporting to the Key Accounts Team Lead South Europe this role demands strategic thinking technical fluency and outstanding relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic API & Enterprise partners acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Develop and implement a global growth strategy that drives measurable value and positions the company as a top-tier strategic partner.

  • Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.

  • Ensure commercial agreements and service level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to and upheld.

  • Leverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities make data-driven decisions and drive performance.

  • Support partners through a deep understanding of API connectivity and technical integrations.

  • Educate partners on product developments roadmap updates and new features to encourage adoption and enhance the guest experience.

  • Represent the company at key external meetings events and industry gatherings.

What Were Looking For:

  • 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships key account management or connectivity roles within global tech or hospitality-tech companies.

  • Proven success managing and growing enterprise-level relationships.

  • Strong background in API integrations and tech-driven solutions.

  • Knowledge of OTA standards and the broader hospitality technology landscape.

  • Skilled negotiator with experience in structuring complex multi-stakeholder agreements.

  • Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful actions.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams including product legal tech sales and marketing.

  • Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Passion for travel innovation and the sharing economy.

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
