Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a highperforming sales professional with a passion for premium real estate strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with highnetworth individuals. You will be responsible for managing and closing highvalue property deals while providing an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain longterm relationships with highnetworth clients investors and corporate buyers.
Luxury Property Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and property presentations to negotiations and deal closures.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on luxury real estate trends market pricing and investment opportunities to provide expert guidance.
Property Showcasing: Conduct property viewings virtual tours and personalized presentations to showcase premium properties.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close highvalue real estate transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Marketing & Networking: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop highimpact campaigns and participate in networking events to attract luxury clients.
Client Advisory: Provide tailored investment advice and insights to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all contracts agreements and legal formalities are accurately handled in collaboration with legal teams.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in highticket sales preferably in luxury real estate.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of closing highvalue deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Networking Abilities: Strong connections in the luxury market and ability to engage highnetworth individuals.
TechSavvy: Proficiency in CRM software virtual tour tools and digital marketing strategies for real estate sales.
License & Certification: A valid real estate license (if required by location) is preferred.
