- Analyze customers profiles to ensure the appropriate management of the brandtocustomer relationship.
- Proactively contact priority customers to build and maintain longlasting relationships.
- Work on building relationships with clients in order to provide custom treatment to highvalue customers on an exceptional level.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and put in extra effort to maintain the relationship with priority customers.
- Contact priority customers to obtain information and documentation in accordance with our regulatory requirements.
- Welcome newly upgraded customers to build relationships and thus provide exceptional customer service care.
- Use a personalized approach toward priority customers.

- Have experience in online customer support.
