Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Conversion and Retention Agents who are fluent in Slovak or Croatian. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients experiences ensuring high retention rates and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through various communication channels (phone email chat).
- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
- Implement strategies to convert leads into active clients.
- Monitor client engagement and retention metrics identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute retention campaigns.
- Provide feedback to management on client experience and potential improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Slovak or Croatian (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in the FX industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
