Position: Business Development Associate
Hiring for our Partner company in Lahore.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Associate to join our team at Tracking World. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and promoting our products and services. This is a fulltime position based at our office in Honda Ring Road Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research networking and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions to meet their requirements
Promote our products and services through presentations demonstrations and other marketing activities
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Keep track of industry trends competitors and market developments
Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Proven work experience as a Business Development Associate or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel for business purposes
