The Role:
As a Spanish Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents youll be at the forefront of ensuring that usergenerated content aligns with community guidelines and stays safe for Spanishspeaking users. Youll be responsible for reviewing content identifying harmful or inappropriate material and ensuring that platforms remain welcoming positive and inclusive. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate Spanishlanguage content across various digital platforms to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Identify flag and remove offensive harmful or inappropriate content to maintain a positive user experience.
- Make accurate consistent and timely decisions to ensure the safety of the platform.
- Collaborate with other teams to address more complex content issues and ensure the best possible user experience.
- Stay uptodate on the latest trends and best practices in content moderation.
- Offer valuable insights and feedback to continuously improve moderation processes and guidelines.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make quick fair decisions in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit youre comfortable working with diverse teams.
- A genuine passion for digital safety and ensuring that online communities stay positive and secure.
- Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus but not required well provide all the necessary training!
