Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analysis of accounts and monthly closing activities Monthly settlement of Project Cost to Reserve
- Sales Report for subs Revenue Recognition P&L Closing of subsidiaries Balance sheet closing of projects and JV companies and Preclosing activites
- Statutory Financial reporting (SEC and BIR) including Income Tax Return preparation
- Analysis and preparation of monthly financial statements. Ensures Accounting Standards are adhered to
- Primarily responsible during interim and yearend financial audit (preparation of schedules coordination with auditors and completion of other audit requirements)
- Identify new/possible process improvements that could benefit the organization
- Support for project close out activity analysis
- Support cleanup of accounts initiatives
