The Assistant Front Desk Manager position is responsible for supervising the activities of the hotel front office and bell desk on assigned shift ensuring the smooth checkin and checkout processes for hotel guests needs are met as well as assist with their questions and special requests.
Qualifications :
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school education or equivalent and two years of hotel experience with one year supervisory experience. This knowledge and these skills are typically acquired through a Bachelors degree in Hotel Administration or related field and two years hotel experience with one year of supervisory experience and/or a high school diploma or equivalent and seven years experience with three to five years experience in a supervisory capacity.
