Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst Junior you will play a key role in analyzing business needs and requirements and providing solutions to support business growth and improvement.
What will you do
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders including process owners endusers and IT teams.
- Develop and maintain business cases.
- Create and maintain process documentation including process maps and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions to support business needs.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders including senior leadership and project teams.
- Participate in project meetings and workshops providing input and guidance on business requirements and solutions.
Where will you work
- In a team of about 100 colleagues
- Our office is in companies Utrecht Delivery center Netherland.
- You will work with our clients including IT teams business units and senior leadership.
- Occasional travel may be required for client and companies Corporate Office in Amsterdam Zuid for training conferences or meetings.
Other important considerations:
- Good communication skill in English
- Willing to work on rotation for priority issues according to team roaster.
- 3 days of working from companies Delivery Utrecht Center
Requirements
- Ability to speak Dutch or good learning capability to learn the Dutch language.
- 24 years of experience in business analysis consulting or a related field
- A willingness and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to gather and analyze data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good business acumen with an understanding of business operations and processes
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment prioritizing tasks.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques such as use cases process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques such as MS Project
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Excel
