End User Support
- Providing technical support and issue resolution for end users regarding IT devices.
- Ensuring a seamless and troublefree user experience for all users.
Computer management
- Install/Reinstall OS
Printing Service
- Printer troubleshooting
IT Device Lifecycle Management.
- Administering and monitoring issued devices including: PCs Virtual PCs Mobile and Mobile BYOD printers scanners RFID
- Implementing and managing the lifecycle of devices including procurement configuration warranty maintenance and safe disposal at the end of their lifecycle.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Operating System (OS) knowledge (administration e.g. Windows Linux MacOS etc. LINUX is a plus
- English (at least B1 level)
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
- University Field: IT Science / Information Technology Engineering
- Communication and collaboration knowledge
- End User Support
- Printing service
- Device Lifecycle Management
