Job Description
Job Summary:
Engage with individual investors distribution partners and clients to handle inbound inquiries and complete transactions accurately. Ensure all documentation and information provided meets requirements for a satisfactory resolution and escalate issues when necessary. Document all activities in relevant systems and provide mentorship and training to less experienced team members as needed. Proactively educate customers on technological tools to enhance efficiency and streamline transactions.
Qualifications:
- FINRA license required
- Strong skills in communication customer service organization and phone handling
- Selfmotivated team player with multitasking ability attention to detail and strict confidentiality
- Proficient in computer and software navigation across various applications
- Capable of acquiring knowledge of relevant business systems working independently and exercising sound judgment
- Solid understanding of the Financial and Retirement Services industry
