Managing the companys health care products and client accounts
Achieving the sales targets of the company
Forming good relationships with clients and distributors
Answering incoming customer inquiries regarding coverage benefits and billing
Providing handson customer service including customer transactions prior authorizations denial and appeals and case inquiries
