Job Description
Job Specifications:
- Bachelors/College Degree in Business/Management/Administration Accountancy Math Engineering (Industrial) Information Technology Computer Science Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
- With Experience in Warehouse Operations (Sup Level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to analyze problems and come up with solutions using statistical methods
- With High Integrity
- Expert user in MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
Job Duties:
- Support Warehouse and Transport Manager on daytoday Task
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Schedule cycle counts and inventory.
- Schedule shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage receipt.
- Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports.
- Obtain and process product orders including receiving deliveries registering them and stocking them within the Warehouse bin locations.
- Maintain safety procedures within the warehouse
- Implementation of operational standards
- Ensuring the KPIs are met
