Job Description
1. Mainly responsible for the management of projects involving foreign personnel
2. Standardize the project implementation process collect sort and summarize projectrelated information and form standardized documentation;
3. Track the entire process of project implementation identify project risks and report them in time and actively coordinate business product development and testing departments to solve problems in a timely manner;
4. Receive reasonable product demand and filter unreasonable demand
5. Control the scope of project implementation effectively track the scope changes during project implementation and avoid major impacts on project implementation due to project scope changes;
6. Assist in the management of foreign technical personnel
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;
Qualifications
1. 5 years experience in project management/enquiry management/internet product technology
2. Strong communication skills ability to adapt to fast speed jobs manage to handle project management jobs individually
3. Possess sensitivity and curiosity to new things good learner result oriented with no border and sturdy owner consciousness
4. Good at deep thinking about the problem have excellent logical mindset and skill of analysis posses well business management power
5. Familiar with knowledge of IT program management skills or abilities understand agile management have experience and own methods
6. Familiar with SCRUM XP and agile practice CCMI normal waterfall program managerial flow
