Job Opportunity: Customer Advisor Polish Market
Location: Portugal Type: FullTime OnSite
Are you a problemsolver with a passion for social media and outstanding customer service skills Join our dynamic team as a Customer Advisor for the Polish Market!
What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional support in Polish for a leading social media platform.
- Handle inquiries troubleshoot issues and offer solutions with empathy and technical knowhow.
- Work in 8hour shifts scheduled Monday to Sunday totaling 40 hours per week.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Polish (spoken and written).
- B2level English proficiency.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently with tools and systems.
- Empathy great communication skills and a customerfocused mindset.
