Our Real Estate Litigation team are seeking a new Associate hire into our London office.
Responsibilities
Experience of a range of residential matters is sought including;
- Residential landlord and tenant issues including rent recovery and possession claims.
- Service charge matters including S.20 and related tribunal proceedings.
- Building safety issues (repairing and other obligations fire safety legislation service charge issues).
- Enforcement of easements restrictive covenants and rights of light.
- Disrepair.
- Adverse possession and squatters.
- Transactional support work.
