JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises salaried personnel directing manufacturing operations within area of responsibility.Scope of responsibility includes:
- (A) Processing raw materials through production and assembly operations.
- (B) Ensuring adherence to production schedules expediting production controlling the flow of material maintain controlled accounts of production in process and end products produced to ensure a continuous and efficient flow of production.
- (C) Ensuring that all employees are directed in firm fair and consistent manner and that a safe and highly productive environment is maintained at all times.
- (D) Conduct area inspections to ensure that a safe and harmonious work environment is provided.
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring all safety standards are observed and maintained at all times.
Requirements
- 510 years of leadership experience.
- 10 years of manufacturing background in the production area.
