Responsibilities
Career Development & Advisory
Employee Satisfaction & Engagement
Administer the companywide Employee Satisfaction Survey delivering BUspecific analyses to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
Develop and implement action plans based on survey insights enhancing engagement and employee experience.
Capability Building & Succession Planning
Partner with Business Unit Heads and Practice Leads to map out critical skill gaps emerging competencies and highpotential talent within the organization.
Contribute to the evolution of the competency matrix ensuring career paths are clearly structured and aligned with Devoteams consulting framework.
Support business units in identifying future leaders and successors fostering a culture of mentorship and successor enablement.
Learning & Development (L&D)
Collaborate with Learning & Development and Business Units to design and curate impactful learning journeys certifications and upskilling initiatives aligned with Devoteams talent strategy.
Performance Management
Manage the endtoend performance evaluation cycle ensuring a structured fair and transparent process that aligns with business objectives and talent strategy.
Leverage datadriven insights to assess performance trends identify highperformers and support decisionmaking for promotions increments and career progression.
