About this opportunity:

Cenovus is seeking a Workplace Advisor in Dublin OH that will help deliver and optimize a safe working environment that enables all Cenovus staff to perform their best work. Reporting to the Manager Workplace US and Field the Workplace Advisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Cenovuss locations in Dublin OH. This role supports daily facility operations coordinates maintenance activities oversees service vendors manages space and move logistics and ensures a safe clean and functional environment for staff and visitors.

What youll do:

  • Overseedaily operations of workplace services including maintenance requests vendor coordination and inventory management

  • Providelocal support for larger facility projects such as renovations expansions or construction and manage vendor relationships and service contracts

  • Planand coordinate all aspects of internal office moves new office setups and facility relocations liaising with department leaders and external vendors

  • Trackand reconcile vendor invoices monitor against budget and participate in annual budget planning for maintenance and upgrade projects

  • Collaboratein the coordination and setup of meetings company events and other onsite activities ensuring high standards of customer service

  • Implementstrategies to meet or exceed established KPIs support sustainability initiatives and ensure vendor adherence to safe working conditions

Who you are:

  • Legally authorized to work in the US

  • Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management Business Administration or equivalent Facilities related work experience

  • 2 years experience in facilities space planning or a related field with familiarity in office systems furniture

  • Strong communication skills both written and oral with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization

  • Experience delivering best-in-class customer service and managing multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with changing priorities

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite SharePoint and facilities management software (e.g. IWMS systems ServiceNow)
