Job Description
- During your internship you will assist our service designers with various activities. You will support the design and development of usercentered services by conducting user research analyzing insights and helping to create service blueprints and customer journey maps.
- You will work closely with crossfunctional teams on a variety of projects contributing your passion for service design by applying service design methodologies to enhance user experiences.
- Furthermore you will have the opportunity to design and facilitate workshops and cocreation sessions gathering valuable feedback from users and stakeholders to inform the design process.
- Additionally you will engage in experimentation and prototyping to iterate on service concepts.
- Last but not least you will thrive as part of an openminded interdisciplinary team of designers researchers and business professionals using a modern tool chain.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of Service Design Strategic Design Psychology or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: familiarity with service design principles customer journeys and related service design methods and tools; experience with user research methods workshop design and facilitation is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: you are able to generate innovative ideas organize tasks effectively and maintain clear communication within teams while prioritizing user needs and proactively solving problems
- Work Routine: partially mobile working within Germany is possible
- Languages: fluent in English German is an advantage

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
