Position Summary
We are looking for an exceptional individual with a growth mindset. You will be given the exciting opportunity to develop Emobility projects in OEMs enhance the position and business in international customers.
Main function/responsibility/competencies
For Business development Specialist Emobility Automotive and Industry we invite you to:
- Responsible for market development of Emobility projects in OEMs including market information collection and analysis
- Responsible for to support sales team at key accounts for keeping and expanding market share and relationship development
- Identify target customer market and cooperate with sales TS marketing I&S (R&D) to find new application and new product.
- Responsible for daily market activities including customer visit and communication for new opportunities.
- Achieve business develop in target customer and achieve sales turnover
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications :
Qualifications- 4year College degree (Master degree in Economics Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering is plus)
- At least 5 years of Key Account management experience in sales or engineering sales at the manufacturers/makers (experience in chemical products preferred) or working experiences at Automotive & Tier companies (Team management experiences are plus)
- Technical & Professional knowledge preferred to have Battery BIW or Interior or NVH related business experiences and business experiences with JOEM/OES.
- A native speaker of Japanese language
- Fluent in English
- Have strong sense of responsibility to meet the due date and end result. Understand what he/she is requested to do and strive to accomplish the goals
- Able to think explain and analyze logically Openminded selfmotivated selfdriven
- Team spirit good communicative skills to customers and colleagues
- Proactively tackle complex issues and environment and analyze and find solutions by cooperating with his/her managers as well as other departments
- Hands on working style good presentation organisational skills and social competence
