Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client relationships coordinating sales processes and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills a detailoriented mindset and a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain and update client databases CRM software and sales reports.

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients addressing inquiries and providing sales support.

  • Coordinate sales meetings presentations and followups to track lead conversions.

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals quotations and contracts.

  • Ensure all sales documentation and compliance requirements are met.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for the management team.

  • Support marketing efforts by collaborating on promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.

  • Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

  • Address client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience: 13 years in sales coordination customer relationship management or administrative roles.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

    • Strong data management and report generation skills.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales research consultancy or education services.

  • Knowledge of sales strategies and lead generation techniques.

  • Familiarity with online sales platforms and digital marketing tools.
