The Enterprise Infrastructure Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of robust scalable and secure infrastructure solutions that support the organizations strategic objectives. This role involves assessing current infrastructure recommending improvements and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. By collaborating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders the Enterprise Infrastructure Architect plays a critical role in enabling seamless operations enhancing system performance and facilitating digital transformation initiatives shaping and managing the infrastructure landscape of the organization. This role requires both deep technical skills and the ability to work strategically focusing on designing optimizing and securing the infrastructure to meet current and future business needs.
Essential Functions
- Infrastructure Strategy and Roadmap Development: Create and maintain an infrastructure strategy and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and technology trends. Define cloud migration strategies balancing longterm strategic objectives with shortterm operational needs and budget constraints ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders ensuring understanding and alignment. Collaborate on forecast and plan for future infrastructure investments to support organizational growth.
- Infrastructure Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the overall infrastructure architecture framework including hardware software networking and cloud components. Design scalable resilient and secure infrastructure solutions that support business goals and IT strategies. Define standards for infrastructure components and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles appropriate benchmarks levels of performance availability and security. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimum designs for onprem and cloudbased data center architecture scalable reliable cost effective and aligned with disaster recovery needs.
- Vendor and Technology Evaluation: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to evaluate and select technology vendors platforms and tools that align with infrastructure and business needs. Manage relationships with hardware software and cloud providers ensuring service levels meet organizational requirements. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends recommending adoption when appropriate.
- Governance Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate to establish and enforce governance frameworks for infrastructure design implementation and management. Collaborate to define maintain and enforce comprehensive documentation of the infrastructure architecture including diagrams standards best practices and procedures. Create knowledgesharing mechanisms to ensure teams have access to infrastructure architecture expertise and resources.
- Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications :
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a similar field of study (preferred).
- 5 years experience in leading large scale infrastructure initiatives including in infrastructure design and implementation demonstrating expertise in cloud services network architecture and system security to align technology infrastructure with business needs.
- 10 years experience infrastructure engineering (preferred).
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example a requirement of a bachelors degree in accounting and 2 years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a masters degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and working with senior leadership to define IT roadmaps and strategies.
- Capability to influence decisionmakers and drive change management in large organizations.
- Experience presenting technical strategies and recommendations to executive leadership and board members.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and infrastructure design principles.
- Knowledge of networking technologies including LAN WAN and cloud networking.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and their architectural best practices.
- Awareness of virtualization technologies and tools (e.g. VMware HyperV) and their applications.
- Knowledge of system security best practices compliance regulations and disaster recovery planning.
- Proficient in infrastructure management and monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios SolarWinds).
- Analytical and problemsolving skills for diagnosing infrastructurerelated issues.
- Communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop and maintain infrastructure documentation including diagrams and specifications.
- Project management skills including the ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance infrastructure performance and reliability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Capacity to mentor and guide junior team members in infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and willingness to stay current with industry trends.
- Ability to think strategically and align infrastructure solutions with overall business objectives.
- Competence in risk assessment and management related to infrastructure decisions and implementations.

The pay range for this position is: $127670 to $167556 per Year (CSF)
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience specific skills and competencies education certifications and internal pay equity.
