Job Description
Job Title: Network Infrastructure Engineer
Job Location: Omaha NE
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Apply professional and technical networking knowledge and skills within a hybrid telecommunications and information technology service provider environment.
- Author equipment installation work packages procure hardware track shipments order circuits and other connectivity as needed to ensure successful installation by Implementation and Field Services teams.
- Manage work intakes per service-level agreements and key performance indicator metrics; be highly responsive to company communication and work-related escalations.
- Collaborate with other organizations on new products and technology deployment.
- Independently plan and carry out assignments in conformance with accepted policies and practices.
