We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Director to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Director you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales organization driving revenue growth and implementing strategic sales initiatives across the region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead mentor and motivate a highperforming sales team to maximize their potential and drive results
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Forecast sales set performance goals and report on sales metrics to senior management
- Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows
- Stay informed about industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
- 10 years of progressive experience in sales management with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
- Excellent strategic planning and business development capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting techniques
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Indepth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and understanding of international business practices
- Ability to travel as required for business development and client meetings
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
