You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailHR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies and programs at the business unit level partnering with crossfunctional management teams to drive companywide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession talent acquisition total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver valueadded service to leadership and employees that reflects the business objectives strategies and policies of the organization.
The Director Human Resources Business Partner (EMEA) acts as the business partner for the crossfunctional business teams based in EMEA providing strategical partnering leadership and counsel for the leadership team and organization. With a deep understanding of the business objectives you will be able to translate global and regional business strategies into people goals and drive the in close partnership with the business teams.
The Director HR Business Partner will also provide advice and counsel on complex HR issues such as organization design and review merger and acquisitions change management initiatives strategical workforce planning and daytoday guidance and support to management regarding HR practices and policies working closely with our HR partners and COEs to drive consistency and into the regions (Americas EMEA APAC).
