GLOBAL CONTENT PRODUCTION
In this role youll be entitled to work proactively with channel managers to identify content needs and ensure consistent delivery and pipeline of engaging social content for Red Bull BC One channels and across Earned Managed and Owned platforms. To do so youll oversee videographers / production partners and manage endtoend content production process to develop social content formats & identify content opportunities trending across all platforms. Last but not least youll develop & manage production partner relationships to ensure efficient and effective content pipeline with agile production workflows to capitalize on content opportunities. Your role will touch the full spectrum of content mostly social but also 16:9 YouTube and content creation for live productions.
PLATFORMFIRST INNOVATION
In this role youll be expected to understand Red Bull BC Ones vision and strategy in addition to Red Bull brand traits using as a north star for content creation. Youll ideate innovative creatorbased formats that serve the overall company objectives and will work with collaborators to develop and foster creatordriven content ideas. Finally youll be doing platformbased ideation as well as creating concepts based on audience trends social relevance and a thorough understanding of the digital space.
Qualifications :
- 4 years as producer of content in multichannel content creation ideation and endtoend production.
- Proven knowledge and network of creators and collaborators specific to the digital and social space Breaking knowledge considered a major plus.
- Thorough understanding of social trends and the digital content space with bestinclass editorial skills.
- Indepth expertise with digital and social content best practices and ability to advocate to various internal and external audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively and to foster communication internally and externally proactive autonomous collaborative problemsolver planner.
- Team player mentality with strong creative skills ranging from ideation to through written and multimedia content.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.303 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
